TERMS OF USE
Use Steady safely and responsibly
These terms set the boundaries for using Steady’s training, nutrition, readiness, connected-health, and optional Coach features.
Effective October 13, 2026 · Vextra Capital LLC
1. Accepting these terms
Steady is operated by Vextra Capital LLC. These terms govern your use of Steady’s services. The app downloaded from Apple’s App Store is also licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These service terms do not replace that license or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
By creating an account or using Steady, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally permitted to use Steady where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you and provide consent when required.
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us through Support if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service.
3. Safe use
You are responsible for choosing activity appropriate for your abilities, environment, equipment, and clinician guidance. Use a spotter or safety equipment when appropriate. Do not ignore pain, emergency symptoms, contraindications, or professional medical advice because of information in Steady.
Plans, readiness scores, wearable summaries, nutrition estimates, motion demonstrations, and AI-generated responses can be incomplete or wrong. Review any proposed change before accepting it. Nothing changes your saved plan unless the app presents a choice or you explicitly request and confirm a change.
4. Permissions and connected services
Camera, photo-library, microphone, notification, Apple Health, Health Connect, and external-provider access are optional and controlled through your device or account settings. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. Steady is not responsible for a third party’s availability or independently supplied data.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of information, photos, videos, notes, and other content you submit. You grant Steady a limited permission to host, process, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the features you request, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Steady, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits, use automated means to abuse limits, or use the product to provide unlicensed medical treatment.
7. Optional subscriptions
Where available, Steady Pro is an optional Apple subscription. Monthly and annual plans provide the same Pro features. The app and Apple purchase sheet show the features, localized price, billing period, and any eligible offer before you confirm. No purchase is required merely to read this website.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation or after an eligible free trial, then for each renewal period. If a free trial is offered, its duration and the subscription price after it ends are shown before you confirm. It converts to the monthly or annual plan you selected. Apple determines eligibility; each person can redeem only one introductory offer in the Steady Pro subscription group.
To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or trial ends. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Steady. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Apple shows the date your access ends. Use the original Apple Account and the Steady account linked to the purchase when restoring access.
Deleting Steady or your Steady account does not cancel billing. Cancel through Apple separately. Canceling a subscription does not delete your saved Steady records; account deletion is a separate control. You can request an Apple-billed refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple evaluates refund requests under its terms and applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
8. Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. We may suspend access when needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Ownership
Steady’s software, branding, interface, exercise catalog arrangement, and original content are owned by Vextra Capital LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Steady is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that it will meet every need or produce a particular health, fitness, or nutrition outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Ending use and updates
You may stop using Steady or delete your account at any time. We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice or renewed consent.
